Site problems
I’m sorry that the website was down for a few days. The bad news was that you missed a weeks worth of pictures! The good news is that our web space doubled, so there is plenty more room.

I found a new template, resized and uploaded copious amounts of pictures, and updated a few things in our bios today. I feel productive! Lily has been sleeping a lot because of the rain, so don’t foresee any more huge updates like this for a loooong time. I will begin linking to the pictures tomorrow. Edit: Nevermind, she went to sleep again, so I finished most of the images we have so far.
Speaking of the rain, we are okay. We aren’t close enough to the river to be affected by the flash flooding. I hadn’t realized before we lived here that Missouri could be affected by hurricanes!

I added a few new ones to the “Hospital Section” that weren’t there anymore. I have *tons* of newer pictures to upload, so that’ll be my next project. Also, there will be pictures of the new home soon!

I’m slow, but I’m updating as I have time. I’m adding Michelle’s scan onto the site, followed by Dayna’s images from the hospital, and then our pictures. I added a recent picture of Lily under her page and took off Liz’s, as she moved out. Hopefully I’ll turn the images into a gallery sometime soon; I didn’t find a dependable gallery plugin for WordPress (I’m tempted to link to my Livejournal galleries!). Whenever I get more time than I currently have, I’ll try to do the thumbnail thing. Until then, links to the full size image will have to do!
Keep us in your thoughts right now, as we’re waiting to hear back on whether Adrian goes on to the next step in the application process at Black Lantern Studios! These are such exciting times!

Last night I finally got around to taking some pictures of the apartment. I’ll be putting them into the gallery tonight. I think I’ll take some more miscellaneous pictures, too, so you can look forward to those, too. One of these days I’ll get around to getting Lily’s ultrasound pictures onto the site.

It’s hard to believe that Lily is due in 6 weeks and 3 days! She is currently fond of playing the xylophone with my ribs and likes to try to beat up Adrian whenever he is near enough.

Okay, so I finally got around to doing some updating on the site. I had Emily take a few pictures for me and I got them uploaded onto the site. The site is still very much so a work in progress, but it is at least presentable now! I’m going to be adding more pictures of everyone and info on Lily as we get it. Keep checking back and more stuff will pop on the site, including updates on stuff we both have and need for Lily and miscellaneous pictures in the gallery and our home.

Some friends of ours did something like this and we figured it’d be a neat idea as well. This website will be the little e-abode of the Walker tribe. You’ll find info on the actual Walker family – Adrian, Emily, and the baby, AND our roommates and some of our friends as well.
